1. Definitions
“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us” means Supreme Solutions.
“Customer”, “you”, “your” means any individual, business, organisation or public body purchasing our services.
“Services” means all maintenance, repair, construction, fabrication, drainage, fencing, security, grounds maintenance, emergency repair, steelwork, play park, commercial property and associated services provided by Supreme Solutions.
2. Quotations
- All quotations are free unless otherwise stated.
- Quotations remain valid for 30 days.
- Prices are based upon the information available at the time of quoting.
- Additional work outside the original scope will be quoted separately.
- Verbal estimates are subject to written confirmation.
3. Acceptance
Acceptance of a quotation, purchase order, email instruction or verbal instruction constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
4. Payment Terms
Unless agreed otherwise in writing:
- Domestic customers: Payment is due immediately upon completion.
- Commercial customers: Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date.
- Deposits may be required before works commence.
- Stage payments may be requested for larger or longer-term projects.
Late payments may incur statutory interest and compensation under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, where applicable.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide safe and unrestricted access to the site.
- Ensure utilities are available where required.
- Inform us of any known hazards.
- Obtain any permissions or approvals required before works commence.
- Remove or protect valuable items where appropriate.
6. Variations
If additional work becomes necessary during a project:
- The customer will be informed.
- Additional costs will be agreed wherever reasonably possible before work proceeds.
7. Delays
Supreme Solutions shall not be liable for delays resulting from:
- Severe weather
- Material shortages
- Supplier delays
- Utility failures
- Customer delays
- Unforeseen site conditions
- Events beyond our reasonable control
Completion dates are estimates unless expressly agreed in writing.
8. Materials
Unless otherwise agreed:
- Materials remain the property of Supreme Solutions until payment has been received in full.
- Equivalent materials may be substituted where necessary due to availability.
- Delivery delays outside our control may affect project schedules.
9. Workmanship
We aim to provide a professional standard of workmanship on every project.
Any defects in workmanship reported within a reasonable period will be investigated and, where appropriate, remedied by Supreme Solutions.
This does not cover:
- Accidental damage
- Misuse
- Alterations by third parties
- Normal wear and tear
- Lack of maintenance
Manufacturer warranties remain subject to the manufacturer’s own terms.
10. Health & Safety
Customers must provide a safe working environment.
We reserve the right to suspend works if health and safety concerns arise.
11. Liability
Nothing within these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by law.
Subject to this:
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential or financial losses.
- Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total value of the services supplied.
12. Cancellations
Customers wishing to cancel works should notify us as soon as possible.
Where labour, plant hire or materials have already been committed, reasonable cancellation charges may apply.
13. Website
Whilst we make every effort to ensure our website content is accurate, we do not guarantee that it will always be complete, current or error-free.
Website content may be updated without notice.
14. Intellectual Property
All content on www.supreme-solutions.co.uk, including:
- Logos
- Branding
- Images
- Graphics
- Text
- Documents
- Designs
remains the intellectual property of Supreme Solutions unless otherwise stated.
No content may be copied or reproduced without prior written permission.
15. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
16. Force Majeure
We shall not be responsible for failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Flood
- Fire
- Storm
- Pandemic
- Industrial action
- Government restrictions
- Material shortages
- Civil disturbance
